Join our dynamic team, as a Higher Education Course Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environmentGuide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmesPromote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools,



and the local community through outreach and marketing activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective operationsMaintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skillsContinuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirationsQualificationsThe successful candidate will:Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needsHave high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leadsBe highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approachBe passionatefor education and supporting people, particularly within primary industriesBe adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environmentsHave a WWCC employee or willingness to obtainAdditional Information*This is a phone-based sales position, those interested in sales are encouraged to apply.Why Join AIPC?
