You will work with families at their most vulnerable time, guiding them through arranging a funeral with care and clarity over phone calls.This remote-friendly role may require occasional Melbourne-based shifts.
You'll coordinate logistics, communicate updates, and support families through every step, becoming a trusted advisor during a very difficult moment.
