In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, providing expert product and service information, and converting customer interactions into sales opportunities.
You will be the voice of AUSTECH INDUSTRIES, delivering exceptional service whilst identifying and acting on sales prospects to support business growth objectives.
This position is integral to our customer engagement strategy and directly contributes to revenue generation and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerProvide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing to prospective and existing customersIdentify sales opportunities and actively promote relevant products and services during customer interactionsProcess customer orders, quotes,
