12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid Working | Australia & New ZealandJoin Danone, a global leader in health-focused food and specialised nutritionPlay a critical role in supporting patients, carers, healthcare professionals, and hospitals across Australia and New ZealandCoordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of medical devices that help improve patient care and outcomesABOUT THE ROLEDanone is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused ANZ Medical Device Coordinator to join our Medical Device Operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract.Reporting to the ANZ Medical Device Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational management of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across Australia and New Zealand.
This includes supporting pump distribution, service coordination, retrievals, data integrity, asset traceability, customer enquiries, and operational reporting.As a key member of the team, you will work closely with patients, carers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, service centres, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMedical Device & Operational CoordinationCoordinate the allocation, distribution, movement, servicing, and retrieval of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across ANZMaintain accurate pump, customer, account, service, and movement records within approved systemsMonitor stock visibility and support the effective management of medical device assetsCoordinate service and maintenance activities with local and global service centresRespond professionally and empathetically to enquiries from patients, carers,



healthcare professionals, hospitals, and internal stakeholdersSupport routine troubleshooting enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up actionsBuild positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of serviceData Integrity & Documentation ManagementCreate and maintain loan agreements, supply documentation, service records, and retrieval documentationEnsure all customer and device information is accurate, complete, and up to dateSupport audit activities, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain traceable recordsPrepare operational reports and support departmental record managementCompliance & Continuous ImprovementRegister customer concerns and complaints in accordance with company proceduresEscalate quality, safety, privacy, and service-related risks appropriatelyMaintain compliance with privacy, quality, regulatory, and company requirementsContribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencyABOUT YOUYou are a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and take pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accurate operational records.Ideally, you will have:Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, medical devices, supply chain,



or a similar operational environmentStrong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activitiesStrong stakeholder management and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems (desirable)Experience in a healthcare, patient-support, or medical device environment (desirable)WE OFFERAt Danone, purpose and performance go hand in hand.
