You'll contribute to the execution of a dynamic menu, mentor junior team members, and ensure service runs with efficiency, precision, and consistency.Where You'll Make an ImpactOversee and manage a kitchen section (e.g. fish, grill, larder) during servicePrepare mise en place and execute dishes to exacting standardsWork closely with Sous and Head Chefs to deliver daily and seasonal menusMentor and assist in training Commis and Demi ChefsMaintain strict food safety,



hygiene, and cleanliness protocolsAssist with inventory, prep lists, and section organisationParticipate in special event prep and service where requiredWhat We're Looking ForYou're an experienced, reliable, and detail-focused chef who thrives in high-end, fast-paced kitchens.
