Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading by example demonstrating exceptional service, training team members and overseeing front of house operations during peak periods.Key responsibilities include:Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.Lead and coach a diverse team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriateContribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.A high knowledge of the product produced in the venue.Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard.What we are looking for:Previous experience as a Duty Manager,



Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venueA passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiencesStrong leadership and communication skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the frontA hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever neededCurrent NSW RSAAvailability to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhy you'll love working for us?
