We're looking for a motivated Membership Consultant to join the team at Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park and play a key role in growing our new club and building a strong local fitness community.
About the Role
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be one of the key faces of the club.
You'll work closely with prospective and existing members, helping drive membership growth through lead follow-up, club tours, membership consultations and exceptional customer service.
You'll also be involved in our pre-opening sales campaign, local marketing and social media content, giving you the opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of the club from the beginning.
This is a full-time position with ongoing training, development and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the club's pre-sales and membership growth activitiesGenerate, follow up and convert membership enquiriesConduct club tours and membership consultationsBuild strong relationships with prospects and membersFollow up leads and work towards individual and club sales targetsAssist with the club's social media presence and create engaging contentRespond to social media and membership enquiriesDeliver outstanding customer service and member supportAssist with member onboarding and general club operationsContribute to a positive,



energetic and high-performance club cultureRepresent Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park professionally within the local community
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Positive, energetic and approachableSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicConfident speaking with customers and building relationshipsComfortable working towards sales and performance targetsProactive and able to work independentlyA strong team playerConfident using social media platforms and creating engaging contentEager to learn, develop and progress professionallyPassionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed
Sales or fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential.
If you have the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn, we're happy to help you develop.
