This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process accuracy, compliance and building strong relationships across the business, with genuine scope to grow their career within the finance function.This is a full time, permanent role, Monday - Friday, based in our Head Office in Perth CBD.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing and management of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and awardsOversight of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments and reconciliationsMaintaining payroll records, superannuation,



PAYG and other statutory obligationsReconciling AP and payroll accounts as part of month-end closeLiaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queriesAssisting with audits, reporting and process improvementsSupporting broader finance and accounting functions as required, with opportunities to expand into wider areas of the business over timeAbout YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in payroll and accounts payable (essential)Relevant accounting qualification (or working towards one) highly regardedKnowledge of payroll compliance and relevant legislationHigh attention to detail and robust reconciliation skillsProficiency with accounting/payroll software (Trimble Vista preferred)Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing deadlinesA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with an interest in developing broader accounting and finance skillsIf you're a detail-oriented accountant looking to take ownership of payroll and AP, while building toward a broader career in finance, then this role is for you !
