We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across our warehouse, logistics, and customer service.
You'll be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining high safety standards, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting continuous improvement across our processes.This position will be based at our Mackay Branch.Responsibilities Include:OperationsSupervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfilmentLead and mentor the warehouse and yard team, ensuring productivity and safetyMonitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movementsLiaise with transport companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflowLeadershipLeadership and direction to be provided to all warehouse staff in the companyEmployees are fully briefed on their job description and know what the company's expectations areTraining needs of all team members are analysed on an individual basis and training programs are implemented to satisfy these needsEncouragement of team members to participate in personal development programs as agreed under the performance review processSkills & Experience RequiredStrong ability to manage staff and production schedulesStrong communication skills and ability to reaming calm under pressureOn-the-job training and career development through the Lyndons AcademyTeam member discounts and employee referral rewardsRegular social events – we like to have fun too!
