Position AvailableWe are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable improvements across our transport and logistics operations.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery. You will build on our established continuous improvement framework, working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to improve processes, enhance safety, increase efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead and execute the organisation's continuous improvement roadmap, aligned with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, minimise waste and strengthen service delivery.
- Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from business case development and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Analyse business processes, operational data and performance trends to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with leaders and frontline teams to embed improved processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimisation and improved data quality.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and benefits, providing regular updates to senior leadership.




- Promote a strong safety, compliance and continuous improvement culture across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Substantial experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in transport, logistics, mining services, warehousing, FMCG or another complex, safety-critical operational workplace.
- Proven project management skills, including business case development, cost-benefit analysis and change implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics, commerce, project management or a related discipline.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
