Your new role

Joining a high-performing commercial team, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing subcontractor procurement and letting packages
- Preparing and administering contracts
- Processing progress claims and variations
- Cost forecasting and budget management
- Reviewing scopes and tender documentation
- Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to drive project outcomes
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Assisting with financial reporting and project profitability





This is a rapid-paced environment where no two days look the same. The successful candidate will be trusted with responsibility from day one and given exposure to a broad range of projects. What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit-out and refurbishment
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost management, procurement, and project administration
- Experience delivering projects within commercial, workplace, healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt as projects evolve
