About the Role

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adults

Support clients with developmental, sensory, functional, and disability-related needs

Deliver services in clinic, community, home, school, and telehealth settings

Complete functional assessments, therapy planning, and progress reviews

Provide assistive technology and home modification recommendations where appropriate

Collaborate closely with families, educators, support workers, and allied health professionals

Develop person-centred therapy plans that support meaningful participation and independence





Participate in community outreach programs and collaborative initiatives

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA Registration

10 years of clinical experience preferred

Experience working with paediatric clients, NDIS participants, or community-based services is highly regarded

Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive, and family-centred practice

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and relevant screening clearances (or willingness to obtain)
