J.CO Logistics is expanding its delivery network and seeking reliable, motivated individuals interested in additional courier work across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and surrounding areas.

Whether you're an established owner-driver, have access to your own commercial van, or are an experienced delivery driver looking for current opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

We provide last-mile delivery services on behalf of some of Australia's largest e-commerce and retail businesses and are looking to strengthen our contractor network to support our growing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their existing workload, secure additional delivery runs, or work towards obtaining their own regular, full-time delivery contract.

We offer a range of delivery opportunities depending on your location, experience, capacity and operational requirements.

These may include

- Additional weekday and weekend delivery runs.
- Relief coverage for existing delivery contractors.

- Potential progression into ongoing, full-time delivery contracts.

You do not need to commit to full-time availability. We are interested in understanding what capacity you can offer, whether that's one or two days per week, weekends, short-notice availability or a regular ongoing commitment. Who Are We Looking For?

We welcome applications from

- Existing courier owner-drivers seeking additional work.
- Individuals who own a suitable commercial van.
- Experienced delivery drivers without their own vehicle.
- Individuals with previous parcel, freight,



retail or last-mile delivery experience.
- Motivated applicants looking to establish themselves within the courier industry.

You do not necessarily need to own a van to apply. Vehicle arrangements will depend on the delivery opportunities available.

Requirements

- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Reliable, professional and punctual.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery timeframes.
- Previous courier or delivery experience highly regarded.
- Willingness to complete all relevant onboarding and compliance requirements.
- ABN and relevant insurances, as applicable to the agreed contractor arrangement.

Earnings & Contract Opportunities Remuneration is dependent on the delivery runs accepted, vehicle arrangements and your individual availability.

Opportunities range from occasional relief work through to multiple delivery runs per week.

For high-performing contractors interested in progressing into regular full-time arrangements, potential gross contract earnings range from $2,000 to $3,000 per week.

All applicable rates and commercial arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before accepting work. No minimum weekly volume or earnings are guaranteed.

How Does It Work?

As part of our recruitment process, we'll ask you to provide information about your location, delivery experience, vehicle access and typical weekly availability.

This allows us to understand your capacity and, with your consent, include you in our Approved Contractor Register.

When suitable delivery opportunities become available,



our operations team will reach out based on your nominated availability, service area and the requirements of the run.

Our objective is to establish ongoing relationships with reliable contractors who can support the operation as required, with further opportunities available to those who consistently demonstrate strong performance.
