About the Role
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the BFA Costume course, ensuring an exceptional and inclusive student experience through academic leadership, curriculum development, staff management, industry engagement, and contribution to NIDA's Learning and Innovation strategy.
About You
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the BFA Costume course, overseeing curriculum quality, teaching excellence, staff and resource management, student success and wellbeing, and industry engagement. The role also contributes to NIDA's broader Learning and Innovation strategy, academic governance, and community initiatives while fostering an inclusive, culturally safe, and industry-connected learning environment.

Summary
This is a full-time permanent contract.
The base annual salary is $141,006 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.
