The Role

We are currently seeking a Team Leader – Design & Drafting, Rail & Metro, with proven experience managing teams and delivering on rail transport infrastructure projects across the industry to join our Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and leadership guidance across the team's portfolio
- Provide input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality
- Effective management and leadership of the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development
- Provide input to the group business plan and implement the team's components of the plan

About You

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Advanced Diploma
- Minimum 12 + years’ industry experience
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to train junior employees
- Sound aptitude to prepare technical reports and prepare proposals for a range of projects




- A track record of achievement in a similar role and a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
