AECOM in Brisbane is seeking a multi-disciplinary Design Manager to shape technical strategy and lead integrated design teams across major Sports Infrastructure projects. You will coordinate architecture, civils, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.

You will own the front-end design strategy, manage stakeholders, and drive programme controls while ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements. Hybrid work options and a explicit growth path are offered.
