The Contract Manager, Service Operations supports the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations. The role provides commercial and contractual oversight, manages compliance and contract variations, supports negotiations and value-for-money outcomes, and maintains effective governance, reporting and stakeholder relationships throughout the transition.

- Coordinates project delivery, clearly defines tasks, monitors progress against plans and takes corrective action to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships by understanding different perspectives, needs and organisational contexts, and communicating effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Applies solid commercial and business acumen to maximise value, inform contract and expenditure decisions, and manage commercial risks.
- Collaborates effectively across teams,



encourages knowledge sharing and helps create a culture focused on achieving shared outcomes.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- Demonstrated experience working on commercial projects in either public and/or private sectors. (mandatory)
- Experience working with State or Federal Government (desirable).
- A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, economics, business management or related discipline is highly regarded (desirable).
