Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Employment Coach in Innisfail, Queensland. You will mentor and support a group of supported employees in production settings, focusing on person-centred practices and safeguarding while fostering a caring and empowering workplace.

This full time role operates Monday to Friday on-site. Ideal candidates have experience with disability support and safeguarding plans, and are prepared to obtain necessary checks and a valid driver's license.
