The Liberal Party of Australia (ACT Division) is seeking a Campaign Director to lead the planning, organisation and delivery of our ACT and Federal election campaigns.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for a strategically minded and highly motivated professional to build and lead a high-performing campaign operation, support candidates and volunteers, and deliver creative campaigning across the Australian Capital Territory.

About the role

Reporting to the Party President and Campaign Committee, the Campaign Director will:

- Develop and implement election-winning campaign strategies
- Lead campaign operations, voter contact and field programs
- Analyse polling, demographic and electoral data
- Support and prepare candidates for election campaigns
- Coordinate volunteers, campaign teams and grassroots activities
- Oversee campaign communications and digital engagement
- Work with Party leadership on fundraising and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with electoral laws and Party governance requirements




- Lead election-period operations and post-election reviews.
