Seek is seeking an Operations & Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) to provide practical, proactive support across business operations and the Director’s personal and family commitments.
Working closely with the Director, internal teams and external service providers, this role coordinates schedules, projects, suppliers and day-to-day arrangements, ensuring priorities are managed and tasks are followed through to completion. Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages is essential.
