Uniting AgeWell Limited is expanding its Support at Home team across multiple communities in Victoria. The role offers part time hours with at least three weekdays per week, designed to help older people live independently at home with compassionate, person-centred support.

You will provide personal care, assist with domestic tasks and collaborate with care teams to monitor wellbeing. Applicants should have a relevant qualification and a valid driver’s licence.
