Enhanced HR is partnering with a well-established national hairdressing franchise to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Franchise Business Coach.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves working with people, understands what makes a business successful and enjoys turning opportunities into practical results.

Working closely with Franchise Partners across the network, you’ll help them build successful, profitable and sustainable businesses. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, getting to know individual businesses, understanding their challenges and opportunities, and helping Franchise Partners turn their plans into action.

You’ll become a trusted advisor – someone who can celebrate success, bring fresh ideas, challenge thinking when needed and keep Franchise Partners focused on the things that will make the biggest difference to their business.

What you’ll do

- Coach Franchise Partners to improve sales, profitability and overall business performance
- Use KPIs, P&Ls; and business performance data to identify opportunities and drive action
- Work with Franchise Partners on business planning, productivity, client growth and retention
- Support the implementation of marketing, retail and brand initiatives
- Help Franchise Partners build capable, engaged and productive teams
- Regularly visit locations and support Franchise Partners to deliver on their business plans
- Identify businesses requiring additional support and develop practical improvement plans
- Support recent Franchise Partners, new location openings and business transitions
- Drive engagement with training, campaigns and broader network initiatives
- Support consistent brand standards,



compliance and customer experience across the network
- Act as an important connection between Franchise Partners and the national support team.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is commercial, confident and genuinely great with people.

You’ll be comfortable building rapport with business owners and having meaningful conversations about their performance. You’ll know when to listen, when to ask the right questions and when to respectfully challenge someone to think differently.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience in franchising, multi-site operations, area management, business coaching or a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs, P&Ls; and business performance data
- Experience coaching business owners, managers or leaders to achieve improved results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence having constructive and, at times, difficult conversations
- Initiative, energy and drive, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisation, accountability and follow-through
- A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel.

Experience within franchising, retail, hair, beauty or another consumer-facing brand would be highly regarded.

You’ll work with an established national franchise network, supported by an experienced team, while developing strong relationships with business owners across your region.

The role involves regular travel across NSW and QLD, including some overnight travel.
