Platypus Shoes Frankston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a high-volume footwear team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and uphold premium customer service in a fast-paced retail workplace.

You’ll focus on training, rostering, stock control, and visual merchandising while maintaining OH&S; standards and a vibrant store culture. This is a hands-on, career-building role with opportunities for development through Accent Group programs.
