Townsville Hospital and Health Service seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead frailty care across emergency, inpatient and residential aged care settings. You will provide specialist gerontic assessment, clinical leadership, and coordinated care planning to improve outcomes for frail older people.

The role includes FEDI, FIT Triage, and Inpatient Consultation streams, with opportunities for adaptable working arrangements.
