We are looking for an experienced waitstaff to join our vibrant team at Billy Chow's, a popular bar and restaurant located in Coolangatta, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience as a waitress or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
Flexible and adaptable, able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
