About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of advertising, content creation, performance marketing and artificial intelligence.

Rather than organising photo shoots, briefing influencers or coordinating video production teams, you'll use advanced AI tools to create complete social media video ads from scratch.

You'll be responsible for generating creative concepts, writing scripts, creating AI-generated avatars and visuals, editing content, analysing results and continuously testing new creative ideas. Every advertisement you create will go live across major social platforms, giving you immediate feedback and direct insight into what resonates with audiences.

Success in this role comes from combining strong creative instincts with a willingness to test, learn and optimise.

Responsibilities

- Develop fresh advertising concepts and hooks
- Write engaging customer-focused ad scripts
- Create AI avatars and supporting visuals
- Produce platform-ready social media ads




- Launch creative tests across multiple campaigns
- Review performance data and identify trends
- Optimise concepts based on campaign results
- Contribute ideas during creative strategy sessions
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
- Stay current with content and platform trends

Skills & Experience

- At least 2 years minimum of experience in creative strategy, paid social strategy or performance marketing (agency or in-house- working with eCommerce / DTC brands )
- Strong understanding of Meta Optimisation, YouTube
- Proven ability to translate data into creative frameworks, briefs and structured testing roadmaps
- Strong understanding of interpreting paid social data across platforms
- Experience scripting high-converting direct response video ads
- Curiosity for AI tools (please note comprehensive training, documentation and support will be provided from day one).
- Strong understanding of lower-funnel conversion tactics (leveraging to optimise creative output, efficiency, volume)
- You love analysing ad performance, you are naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about creating content that drives results
