Junior Crew Member – Cook & Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Junior Crew Member to join the Phatburgerz team!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trained across both cooking and customer service, working in a fast-paced food truck environment.

Cooking Duties

- Preparing and cooking smash burgers
- Preparing burger ingredients and toppings
- Assembling burgers and loaded fries
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Keeping the cooking area clean and organised
- Restocking ingredients when required
- Working efficiently during busy periods

Cashier & Customer Service Duties
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking customer orders
- Operating the POS/cash register
- Processing cash and card payments
- Answering customer questions about the menu
- Preparing and handing out customer orders




- Ensuring customers receive great service
- Keeping the front/customer area clean and presentable

- Previous hospitality experience is not required — training will be provided
