About the role

This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer communication, appointment booking, social media and content creation. One day you might be working from home speaking with recent customers and booking appointments. Another day you could be in the office working with the team, or heading out to one of the projects to capture photos and videos for social media.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to new leads and customer enquiries
- Speaking with potential customers and booking appointments for the sales team
- Learning how to qualify projects and identify strong opportunities
- Keeping customer information and CRM up to date
- Helping manage social media accounts and online presence
- Creating and posting photos, reels, stories and videos
- Responding to comments, messages and social media enquiries
- Managing and responding to Google reviews and customer feedback
- Assisting with Google Business Profile tasks, including keeping business information,



photos and updates current
- Visiting selected projects around Melbourne to capture before, during and after content

About you

- Confident and naturally good with people
- Comfortable talking to customers over the phone
- Organised and reliable
- Active and confident with social media
- Creative and has an eye for what makes positive content
- Comfortable taking photos and filming videos
- A good written communicator
- Able to work independently when working from home
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Experience in customer service, administration, social media, content creation or a similar role is a bonus
