With our new Spa World Coffs Harbour showroom due to open in November, we’re looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Consultant to join the team.

About the role As a Customer Consultant, you’ll guide customers through their Spa World journey, from their initial enquiry through to selecting the right product for their home and lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing a welcoming and professional experience for showroom customers
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the Spa World product range, including spas, swim spas, saunas and outdoor living products
- Understanding customer needs and helping them select suitable products and solutions
- Responding to showroom, phone and online enquiries
- Maintaining regular and timely communication with customers and prospects
- Managing customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through our CRM system




- Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Following up with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
- Maintaining high presentation and retail standards within the showroom
- Working towards individual and showroom sales and performance goals

About you We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys helping customers
- Well presented and professional
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
- Comfortable building rapport with a wide range of people
- Organised and confident using computer systems and CRM software
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage customer follow-up effectively
- Willing to learn and develop detailed product knowledge
- Comfortable working within a retail sales workplace

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience would be an advantage, but attitude, professionalism and a willingness to learn are equally important. The successful applicant will also be required to hold, or be willing to obtain, a current National Police Check.

The Details

This is a permanent full-time position of approximately 35–40 hours per week, based at our new Spa World Coffs Harbour showroom.

The showroom is expected to open in November, with further details around rostered days and hours to be discussed during the recruitment process.
