New Town Toyota is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service & Bookings Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre team.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll assist with inbound phone calls, email enquiries and online service booking requests, helping deliver the exceptional customer experience Current Town Toyota is known for.
No automotive experience is required. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy helping people and are confident communicating over the phone, we'll provide the training and support needed for you to succeed.

About the Role As part of our Customer Contact Centre team, you'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department by assisting customers with their servicing enquiries and coordinating bookings.
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering inbound customer calls relating to vehicle servicing
- Responding to customer enquiries received via email and online channels
- Scheduling service appointments and complimentary vehicle inspections
- Assisting customers with service-related enquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer and booking records
- Liaising with our Service Department to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Delivering professional, friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, hospitality, retail or contact centre environments
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Has strong computer and data entry skills
- Is organised, dependable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Brings a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Holds unrestricted Australian working rights
Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
