Join a Global Logistics Leader in an ongoing temp role!

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the depot team of a leading international logistics company.

Working at the heart of the operation, you’ll help ensure deliveries stay on track and customers receive the service they expect. You’ll be responsible for managing missed and delayed deliveries, coordinating rescheduled consignments, and liaising directly with customers to resolve delivery issues.

In this role, you’ll:

- Coordinate and reschedule missed or delayed deliveries
- Liaise with customers to arrange suitable delivery times
- Investigate delivery issues and find practical solutions
- Work closely with drivers, depot teams and internal departments
- Update delivery information and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Help keep the depot operation running smoothly and on schedule

What we’re looking for:





- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or customer service is advantageous
