Working closely with our recruitment and business development teams, you will manage end-to-end recruitment solutions, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates through to placement and ongoing relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment assignments from initial client brief through to placement
- Develop a strong understanding of client workforce requirements and recruitment needs
- Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance and placement requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor placements and maintain strong post-placement customer service
- Keep accurate records across recruitment and client management systems
- Work collaboratively with the wider Excel Recruitment & Rexco People team to achieve business objectives
