Customer Service Representative – Electrical & Air Conditioning

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing electrical and air conditioning business.

This is an important customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing electrical, air conditioning and maintenance services. We need someone confident on the phone who can take control of an enquiry, understand what the customer needs and efficiently convert incoming calls into confirmed bookings.

Experience working with ServiceM8 or ServiceTitan is highly regarded.

About the Role

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries and helping coordinate our field service bookings.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming customer calls professionally and confidently

- Understanding the customer's issue and gathering the information our technicians need

- Explaining our call-out fees and booking process clearly

- Converting enquiries into confirmed service bookings

- Booking and scheduling jobs for electricians and technicians

- Using ServiceM8, ServiceTitan or similar field-service software

- Updating customer and job information accurately

- Communicating with customers regarding appointments and technician attendance

- Following up enquiries and outstanding bookings

- Providing a high level of customer service from the first call through to job completion

- Working closely with our electricians, technicians and management team

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who already has solid customer service experience and is comfortable working in a fast-moving service business.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous customer service, call centre,



bookings or service coordination experience

- Strong phone communication skills

- Confidence discussing pricing and securing customer bookings
- The ability to explain and lock in call-out fees before booking jobs

- Strong computer and administration skills

- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple customers and bookings at the same time
- A professional, friendly and confident approach with customers

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of customer enquiries

Previous experience with ServiceM8 or ServiceTitan is highly regarded.

Experience within an electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, trade services or other field-service business would also be a strong advantage.
