Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy team at our Bowen Hills branch.

About the Role This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
- Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
- Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
- Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
- Operate a forklift (we’ll help you obtain your licence and provide training)
- Maintain a secure, organised workspace in line with WHS standards
What we're looking for We value attitude and team fit just as much as experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
- Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
- A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
