Our client, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of skilled and consumer climbing equipment and storage solutions are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join their call centre team.

The Role

This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll be a key link between our customers and field sales team, combining exceptional customer service with proactive sales support.

Alongside managing inbound enquiries, you'll make structured outbound calls to follow up opportunities, reconnect with customers, support campaigns and strengthen relationships across regional and lower-touch accounts.

What You'll Do

- Deliver outstanding customer service across inbound calls, emails and general enquiries
- Make proactive outbound calls to follow up leads, quotes, campaigns and customer opportunities
- Contact customers to communicate pricing, promotions, product offers and relevant solutions
- Prepare and support quotes, sales campaigns and customer follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and activity records in the CRM
- Monitor customer activity and sales data to identify opportunities for follow-up
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to support account growth





What will you bring to the role? We're looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, comfortable picking up the phone and motivated by achieving outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

- Experience in customer service, call centre, internal sales or sales support (both inbound & outbound)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence discussing pricing, promotions and commercial opportunities with customers
- A proactive approach to outbound calling and customer engagement
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to interpret customer activity, sales data or reports and turn insights into action
- Experience using CRM systems and working with customer or sales data
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
