This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
As the Lifestyle Officer Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing engaging lifestyle programs and activities for our residents, with a focus on promoting overall well-being and quality of life.
You will also manage a team of two Lifestyle Officers.
Your main tasks will include:Developing and facilitating a diverse range of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of our residentsWorking closely with residents, their families, and other staff members to identify preferences, strengths, and abilities in order to create personalised activity plansOrganising and overseeing outings, events,



and entertainment opportunities both within the facility and in the local communityCollaborating with external providers and volunteers to enhance the variety and quality of lifestyle programs offeredDocumenting resident participation and progress in activities, as well as maintaining accurate records of program planning and evaluationContributing to the development of policies, procedures, and strategies aimed at continuously improving the overall lifestyle services providedDriving the Higher Every Day Living Fee Environment within the facilityManaging a small team of two Lifestyle OfficersThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
Previous experience in a similar role within an aged care or healthcare setting is essential.
