This is a part-time position that offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families during critical early developmental years.As an Early Childhood Educator specialising in early intervention, you will work with children aged 0-5 years who may be experiencing developmental delays or requiring additional support.
You will implement individualised learning and development strategies that foster growth, confidence and wellbeing in a nurturing, play-based environment.
This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality early childhood education that supports every child's potential.Key responsibilitiesPlan and deliver individualised early intervention strategies tailored to each child's developmental needs and learning goalsObserve and assess children's development across all areas, including physical, cognitive, social and emotional domainsCreate and maintain safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments that promote exploration and discoveryCollaborate with families, educators and allied health professionals to support holistic child developmentImplement evidence-based teaching and learning practices that align with early childhood curriculum frameworksDocument children's progress and communicate regularly with families regarding developmental milestones and achievementsSupport children's transitions and help build their independence, self-regulation and social skillsMaintain accurate records and participate in professional reflective practice with the teamAdhere to duty of care responsibilities and maintain a clean,
