Drive safety, service and team performance.Reward Hospitality is seeking a hands‐on and capable Warehouse Supervisor – Receiving to lead the day‐to‐day coordination of receiving and put‐away activities across our warehouse operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in building a safe, efficient and high‐performing team.About the roleReporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the receiving team and ensuring inbound goods are received, stored and made available for sale in a timely and accurate manner.
You will play a key role in maintaining safe work practices, improving processes, monitoring performance and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily receiving and put‐away activitiesEnsure goods are received, checked, stored and made available for sale within required timeframesLead, support and develop the receiving teamMonitor team performance and contribute to KPI achievementMaintain solid safety standards and ensure WHS procedures are followed at all timesSupport incident and injury reporting and follow‐up actionsAssist with warehouse safety inspections and auditsWork closely with internal stakeholders including warehouse teams, customer service, sales and procurementIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse layout,



workflow and operational processesAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:At least 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory roleDemonstrated experience leading and motivating a warehouse teamStrong organisation, planning and delegation skillsA practical, hands‐on leadership style with the ability to build trust and accountabilitySound knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirementsThe ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and keep operations movingGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills, including email and general system useDesirable qualifications and licencesCertificate III in WarehousingDriver's LicencePhysical requirementsThis role requires a person who is able to:Lift up to 20kgBend, stretch, kneel and stand throughout a shift as requiredOperate material handling equipment where requiredWhy join Reward Hospitality?
