Job Responsibilities

- Drive Hospitality standards across homes within the region as requested by the Hospitality Development Manager or Regional Manager in line with Estias Hospitality standards.
- Maintain budget performance across those homes whilst providing the highest quality offerings.
- Conduct Head Chef orientations
- Assist the Hospitality Development Manager with menu development which are in line with Estia's 'Cook Fresh' philosophy.
- Maintain an A rating for food safety and ensure Estia's Food Safety programs audit program is complete.
- Insure that homes across the region are fully compliant with relevant AACQA standards relating to food.
