We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscaper or Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on role in which you will help create and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients. You will work across a variety of landscaping projects, from site preparation and installation.

What you will be doing

Preparing and levelling ground for landscaping projects, including site clearing and soil preparation

Installing hard and soft landscaping features, including retaining walls, paving, concrete, turf, irrigation systems and fencing

Planting trees, shrubs, flowers and other vegetation in accordance with project plans

Operating landscaping equipment, machinery and power tools

Transporting materials, tools and equipment to and from job sites

Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Working closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to the required standard

Responding professionally to client requests and delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service





What we are looking for

Previous experience as a qualified Landscaper or experienced labourer

The ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively

Positive physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety requirements

The ability to interpret landscaping plans and specifications is desirable

A qualification in horticulture, landscaping or a related field is desirable but not essential
