Job DescriptionSales & Lease Administrator - Commercial Property Full or part-time)Key responsibilitiesProcessing and managing sales and lease documentation from initiation through to completionLiaising with solicitors, finance providers, landlords, tenants and all relevant parties to progress transactionsPreparing contracts, memoranda of understanding and other legal documentation required for sales and leasing transactionsCoordinating settlement and lease commencement activities, including date scheduling and document coordinationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in Agent BoxConducting due diligence checks and verifying client information and documentationResponding to client enquiries regarding transaction progress and providing regular updatesPreparing marketing materials and property documentation as requiredAssisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and general office supportEnsuring compliance with real estate legislation, codes of conduct and internal proceduresWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience in a real estate administration, conveyancing or similar role, preferably in a commercial property environmentStrong knowledge of real estate transactions, sales processes and leasing proceduresProficiency in using CRM software eg REX,
