Sustainability, reliability and appreciation shape how we think and act every day.We:Focus on quality and long-term successSet high standards for our products and ourselvesAct as a trustworthy, principled, and solution-oriented partner for our customers and stakeholdersIf youre looking for a stable company with strong values and a passion for coffee, this could be your next step.Your Role: Field Service Technician NSWAs our Field Service Technician NSW, youll be the face of Melitta on the road, supporting our customers with the installation, maintenance and optimisation of their coffee equipment.In this role, you will:Execute service orders assigned by our central planning teamInstall and commission coffee machines at customer sitesConduct operator training on coffee machines and attachmentsSet up coffee recipes and machine programming to customer requirementsPerform planned (preventive) maintenance on coffee machinesDiagnose and carry out reactive maintenance and repairsPrepare technical service reports for each service orderProvide clear feedback to customers on the work completed and next stepsShare recommendations for product and process improvementsSupport the sales team on technical topics when requiredParticipate in our after-hours on-call roster when neededTake part in training,



conferences and trade fairs to stay up to dateAbout YouYoure a hands-on technician who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems and talking to customers.Youll be a outstanding fit if you have:2-3 years' experience in a field service technician roleCoffee machine experience is a plus but not essential - full training providedStrong practical skills in mechanics, hydraulics and basic electronicsA customer-focused mindset with good communication skillsWillingness to travel within NSW and stay away from home when requiredConfidence using standard computer programs for reportingA self-motivated, organised and reliable working styleWe are looking for candidates based in NSW.What's in It for You?
