The role will be based across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, working three full working days, with the potential for additional hours.As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth operation of our busy clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalismManaging appointments,



enquiries and patient bookingsAnswering telephone and email enquiriesManaging patient check-in and check-outProcessing payments and administrative tasksUpdating patient information and medical records accuratelyLiaising with doctors, nurses and nurse practitionersMaintaining patient confidentiality and privacySupporting the general administration and day-to-day running of the clinicAbout YouExperienced inmedical reception or healthcare administrationFriendly, professional and genuinely patient-focusedHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident managing a busy reception and competing prioritiesComfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit teamConfident with technology and able to learn new systems quicklyReliable, proactive and willing to take initiativeFamiliar with medical practice software and healthcare privacy requirements desirableWhy Join Us?
