This is an exciting opportunity for a Cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing dishes for our customers to enjoy!




Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in a kitchen as a cook – cert 3Must have Qualifications or trade experience equivalentAbility to prepare food in collaboration with kitchen brigade/teamPreparation of ingredients for your station/section – hot/larder/grillAbility to keep all stock under optimum conditions, mise-en-place is always freshly preparedEnsure that you communicate promptly eg: any anticipated shortages to head chef/sousExcellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processesOptimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality Immaculate grooming and personal hygiene – enforce strict health and hygiene standards You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate Knowledge of "best cooking" practices while working under pressure Have flexible availability for a 7 day rotating roster, Lunch and Dinner shiftsTrippas White Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages Indigenous and First Nations Australians to apply.
