We're expanding our team of teachers, allied health professionals, and passionate individuals who bring skill, warmth, and real energy to the work.About the RoleWe're seeking a Learning & Developmental Support Specialist Teacher to deliver high-impact, individualised sessions targeting literacy, language, and processing skill development.
This remote role offers adaptable scheduling, with availability between 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM weekdays.
Optional morning (7:00 AM – 9:30 AM) and weekend (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) hours are available.
A minimum commitment of ***** hours per week is highly regarded.This position is ideal for: Teachers, Developmental Educators, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists,



or individuals with proven experience supporting children with additional needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured, individualised one-on-one sessions targeting literacy, language, and processing skill developmentUse phonics-based, multi-sensory techniques grounded in the Science of ReadingDeliver Tier 3 intervention within an MTSS frameworkAdapt each session to the child's unique profile, strengths, and needsCommunicate regularly with families and the teamMaintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing support planningWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Allied Health, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience working with kids with Dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and other learning differencesStrong communication and rapport-building skillsA genuine passion for working with children who learn differentlyLiteracy intervention experience is a plus — or we'll train youHighly RegardedProfessional registration with peak body or eligible forKnowledge of phonics, multi-sensory learning, and Science of Reading frameworksExperience in Tier 3 intervention (MTSS)Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PMWeekday mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AMWeekend availability: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMHours: ***** hours/weekPioneers Speech: Support, not lecture.
