About the role
We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Canberra team and work alongside our Relationship Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and has an interest in technology and business.
You'll gain exposure to account management, client engagement, software licensing, business operations and the managed services industry.
No previous MSP experience is required.
We're looking for attitude, curiosity, communication skills and a willingness to learn.
This role is designed as a development position, providing a pathway into Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development and other client-facing opportunities within the business.
What you'll do
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Coordinate client requests and follow up outstanding actions
Schedule meetings and assist with account reviews
Assist with quotations, orders and supplier coordination
Maintain accurate client records,



documentation and account information
Support software licensing and subscription administration
Assist with reporting, renewals and account planning activities
Work closely with technical and service desk teams to ensure client needs are met
Identify issues, risks or opportunities and escalates to senior staff where required
What we're looking for

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence speaking with clients and business owners
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Strong written communication skills
Curiosity about technology and business
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, recruitment, account coordination or sales support would be highly regarded.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 or other business software platforms
Demonstrated examples of initiative, side projects, volunteer work or personal development
