No two days are the same, with opportunities to build your skills across anaesthesia, oncology, internal medicine, hospital and emergency care.You'll be involved in a diverse range of cases, from routine procedures through to complex and critically ill patients, providing hands‐on nursing care, assisting with diagnostics and treatment plans, supporting anaesthesia and recovery, and delivering high-quality patient care throughout their hospital stay.

during and after proceduresAdminister medications and treatmentsSupport infection control and hospital hygieneCommunicate professionally with clients and colleaguesContribute to a positive, collaborative team cultureAbout YouYou'll bring:Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years vet nursing experienceStrong clinical skills and attention to detailThe ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environmentA proactive attitude and willingness to learnCompassion for patients, clients and colleaguesSpecialist or emergency experience is highly regarded .
Physical RequirementsThis is a hands‐on role involving:Lifting, moving, transferring and repositioning animals of varying sizes and weightsHandling and restraining large, painful, distressed or non‐ambulatory patientsPerforming CPR and assisting during clinical emergenciesStanding, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching for extended periodsManual handling and use of required PPEThese requirements are inherent to the role.
