We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a major financial services organisation on a high-profile cards and payments programme within its retail banking division.

You'll share responsibility for delivering the solution and embedding it into the business.

Working closely with internal client stakeholders, an embedded delivery team and a global payments technology partner, you'll make sure requirements are explicit and agreed, and that the solution lands on time and delivers real commercial value.

Key responsibilities

- Jointly own the end-to-end delivery and embedment of the solution within the retail banking business
- Work with client stakeholders, the wider embedded team and the partner's internal teams to agree and confirm requirements
- Direct and motivate a delivery team, keeping plans, risks,



dependencies and budgets under control
- Engage confidently with senior sponsors and stakeholders, providing clear and honest updates on progress and issues
- Make sure the solution is delivered to agreed scope, quality and timelines

Essential experience

- Project or delivery management experience within financial services or banking
- Experience on card and/or payments projects
- A strong track record of on-time delivery
- Ability to lead a team and engage with client sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- An understanding of loyalty propositions, with commercial savvy
