About the Role

As our Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless experience for our patients, from the moment they contact the practice through to their time in the dental chair.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing efficient and attentive chairside assistance
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm,



qualified first impression
- Managing appointments, patient enquiries and phone calls
- Assisting with patient accounts, payments and general reception duties
- Supporting sterilisation, room changeovers and restocking
- Maintaining excellent infection control standards
- Working closely with our dentists and wider team to keep the practice running smoothly
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience at every interaction

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous dental assisting experience
- Have dental reception experience or are confident supporting front-of-house duties
- Are friendly, reliable and adaptable
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Have a genuinely caring and patient-centred approach
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Are confident using your initiative and taking ownership of your role
