What you'll be doing

Working three days per week in Leongatha, you'll have opportunities to focus on:

- Cosmetic dentistry and smile rehabilitation.
- Dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Advanced restorative and digital dentistry.
- Collaborative care across our complementary businesses.





You'll have access to an in-house CAD/CAM laboratory, CEREC systems, Primescan and TRIOS scanners, CBCT imaging, milling machines and dedicated technical expertise supporting a broad range of restorative and implant work. Our roots in South Gippsland span approximately 50 years. We're building on that foundation with a modern, patient-focused group committed to clinical excellence, innovation and long-term growth.

More than an associate position

We're looking for someone who wants to keep growing clinically, professionally and commercially. You'll have the opportunity to learn from Dr Dean Kim, develop your leadership capabilities and contribute to the expansion of the group.

For the right person, there's also the potential to progress towards business ownership.

Are you the right person?

You have AHPRA registration, an established clinical foundation and the ambition to keep developing. You value quality over volume, enjoy complex treatment planning and want to deliver comprehensive care rather than simply move from one appointment to the next.

Experience in implants, cosmetic dentistry, CEREC or full-mouth rehabilitation will be highly regarded.

Position: Part-time, three days per week

Location: Leongatha, South Gippsland, Victoria

Registration: Current AHPRA registration required
